I am short on time this morning — meetings with my business partner, so I will keep this really short. Great intervals this morning. 10 minute warm-up and then just started pounding them from there. I really enjoy my a.m. rides, so it may be time to start really stepping things up. My last interval was over 240 watts. Here is how it all went down:
