Great p.m. run. I did start out a little quick and finished with an 8:00 flat mile. That will learn me to pace a little better from the start. I was not in the mood to negative split this run.

So this was the first of several two-a-day workouts for this week. Regardless of what Joe says, I will take it a little easy next week and use it as a recovery week so that I don’t push my body too hard.

Very productive day at work. I did get the Maui YMCA funded, so that means three trips to Hawai’i this coming school year. Yes, my job is tough, real tough…
