Second workout of the day. This was a tough run. I never thought I wouldn’t finish, but I really wanted to walk more than once. I held it together though and decided I would work through it. I did and was really happy to finish strong.

I played an hour of dodgeball tonight between workouts and was really afraid I wouldn’t have enough to take my run. I did get pretty gassed on the run, but like I mentioned, I mentally worked to keep my head in the workout and to keep my pace up. It was well worth it.
