I just had a short run on the treadmill this morning. I did feel pretty good about the workout with as tired as my legs were yesterday for my bike. I got the TV and other media for the exercise room last week and noticed it was better than what we have upstairs, so I donated it to the family. I was a little sad this morning when I was running…it would have been nice to have been watching something down there while running. But, I will have enough points on my Wells Fargo Visa by the end of the year to pick up another. Delayed gratification is what I think they call this…
