I know, I know. It was the same exact run as the one that I did the day before. In assuming that you are correct. I did try a little harder as I had been on my feet all day long. The result was a higher perceived exertion level and yet the same exact performance. I think that I am excited to get on my bike this weekend if the weather allows it.
