I liked the workout from Saturday so much that I decided I would try and do a brick every time I am on my bike trainer. The feeling of jumping off of your bike and then hitting the pavement is phenomenal. I have decided that I won’t be the fastest guy out on the race course, but I can be the best a bricks. We will see if I can take my fitness levels out on the course to burn by a couple of people in the first couple of miles of the run.
