First time back in the pool and it felt great. I was surprised how good I felt. I did feel slow, but I never got exhausted or felt like I was about to pass out. I was even able to squeeze into last year’s jammers and wow, all I can say is I need to hit a razor before I go again.

This was the first two-a-day that I have had this winter and I am ready for bed but not exhausted. To me that means that I prepared well for this and it should continue to go well. I went with my buddy Danny Woodhouse tonight and saw Sheldon Richards there too. It is great to have friends who have the same sickness that I do.

I will extend my workout the next time I hit the pool.
