Back in the Saddle Again…

So I haven’t written on this for a while. Excuses of excuses, I have been very busy for the last several weeks. I have been on the road training districts for the last fours weeks. What that translates into is four weeks of running. I don’t love to run, but I have been running about five days a week on the road. It has been alright, but I can tell I am losing fitness levels. The good thing is the trips are over soon…

Now I have been taking on a new project. On the road, I have started taking pictures of an action figure that looks like me. I call him action Mike. Here are a couple of photos from the trips…

This is Action Mike in the booming metropolis of Peanut Pennsylvania. It is a town outside of Derry, one of my clients.
This is Action Mike at the University of North Dakota football field. It is an indoor facility and well built.
This is a Japanese Garden in North Dakota. I think this is one of the coolest photos I have taken over the last several weeks.
But this is the coolest photo I have taken. This is a little grouping of Black-Eyed Susan’s on the shores of the Missouri River outside of St. Louis. This shot not only reminds me of the trip, but I have been trying to take a photo like this for a very long time.
So I post all of these photos on my Facebook page, so if you want to see them on a more regular basis please add me as a friend. I will start posting a couple from every trip up here, but I will be posting more there.
In a couple of weeks I will be at the Ironman World Championships as a volunteer. I got Maui as a client, so I timed it so that I would be there over the right weekend. I may run out of time to go to the race on Sunday, but I will at least be at the show on Saturday. I am really stoked…
